Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery date. Any returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, with all original tags and labels attached and sent in a traceable parcel. If you would like to start a return, please email us at contact@hakyarts.com.

Please note that we charge a return fee of 8 euro.

How can I register a return?

We have over 6 returns locations in Europe. Please use this link to register your return and choose your preferred country or nearest geographical location to return your item.

Which carrier can I use to return my parcel?

This information can be found on the return shipping label.

How long is the return shipping label valid for?

You can find this information in the email confirming the return along with the shipping label in attachment.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund is issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the return parcel.

Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of your order are given in good fath but are estimates only.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website in your shipping notification email. Most carriers have a designated tracking page where you can enter your tracking number and check the status of your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. If you would like to cancel or modify an order, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged, please send us a photo within 14 days via email : customer-service@hakyarts.com and we will send you another one free of charge or issue a refund.
