Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policies

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund: 

  • Misprinted design 

  • Manufacturing defect 

  • Item damaged during shipping 

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following: 

  • Order number 

  • A clear photo of the issue 

  • A brief description of the problem 

Once verified, we’ll process a free replacement or full refund. 

Wrong Address or Order Errors 

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to make changes before printing begins. 

Returns Not Accepted 

Since our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for: 

  • Incorrect size orders 

  • Color variations due to screen differences 

  • General dissatisfaction with design (please review product previews carefully before ordering) 

Frequent cases in return and refund 

Shipping wrong item: We will replace the item. 

Damaged item: When our items are processed, it’s always intact and got no damage. However, there are many cases that the Custom Control will tear the shipment to check for its content, or there may be damages during transportation. It’s hard to check whose responsibility it is.  

In most cases, we will replace the item if the damage can be clearly seen. Customer must also send the proof of damage and the photo of the packaging label so we can inspect further. 

Small print area or broken print area (low quality printing): if the issue is because of the factory (means that the artwork file follows our guidelines but the print area is still small), we will replace the item. 

Actual product is smaller than announced size: If the actual product is more than 2 centimeters shorter/longer/wider/smaller than the announced size chart, we will replace the item. 

Missing Item: If the order is missing an item, in most cases, we will issue a refund or send the missing item.  

The amount of the refund is calculated by the fulfilment cost for the missing item, and the shipping cost (if applicable).
